Our laboratory and quality inspection center, built on the foundation of ISO22000 and BRC Grade A standards, implements stringent end-to-end testing of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods. We intercept defects at the source, preventing resource waste caused by non-conforming products.

We have introduced German ILLIG thermoforming production equipment and flip mold cup machines, establishing a highly automated thermoforming production line. This fundamentally reduces industrial waste generation, achieving material savings and higher quality – our lightweight environmental protection goal.

From the initial design phase, our factory has integrated energy-saving and environmental protection concepts. The Class 100,000 GMP purification workshop not only ensures the food contact safety of our products but also means reduced contamination and waste during the production process.
